Looking for a 3000 to a 15,000 square foot space to rent in the Silverlake area.  

Gymstarters.com offers packages for gym equipment.  The investment is 195k for a 3000 sq. ft. package and 225K for a 15,000 sq ft package.  

We'll underwrite other costs as we go along, and post the project on a crowdfunding portal.  Please contact us with feedback if this project interests you.  A word of support, advice, collaborative skill or capital are always sweet.  

The timeline is indefinite, because if things do not happen on time, we feel down ... so this is the only project where I am not putting a deadline to.  However, it would be sweet to make this happen within next 2-3 years.  All great things take time to mature.  Stay tuned.
